Why do I need a Patch test and what are Contraindications?

Patch tests are required to ensure your own personal safety and that you have no allergic reactions to the products we use, used for lash and brow tinting.
Contraindications are health reasons why a therapist may not treat a client. Certain treatments will not be suitable if you have a particular health issue, For example, High/low blood pressure, cancer during active treatment, circulatory problems, epilepsy, heart conditions etc. You must disclose at the time of booking if you have a specific health condition and discuss with one of our fully trained beauty & spa therapists. Also, before your treatment begins let your therapist know of any medical concerns.

What time will my Treatments be if I have booked a package?

When you arrive at the spa you will be given a schedule that will have all your treatment times, it will also advise on what time you will need to vacate the spa in order for new clients coming through.

Should I arrive Earlier than my Booked appointment?

We recommend you arrive at least five minutes prior to your appointment. If you are late, your treatment time cannot be extended beyond the original booking finish time, as the treatment room and therapist is generally booked after your session.

Do I need to complete any forms at all?

First-time clients will be asked to complete a questionnaire to provide the spa with medical and contact information. This is another reason to arrive early.

What If I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel an appointment please give the spa as much advance notice as possible. At least 24 hours is required to avoid being charged. This gives the spa enough time to fill the slot.
On our Spa packages, we do require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking of 50% pp and 48 hours cancelation notice is required.
